• Deposits: 50% deposit is non-refundable once work starts.
• Completed Work: No refunds for approved, delivered work.

2. Marketing

• Service Fees: Non-refundable once billing cycle starts.
• Ad Spend: Never refundable by EcommBuddy.

3. Cancellation

• Retainers: 30-day notice required via email.
